Traveling for sightseeing, we stayed at Suite Deluxe for a few days. The location was superb, within walking distance to the train station and major tourist attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in option and the warm welcome from Claudio. The spacious and secure apartment had high-quality finishes, a fantastic shower, and air-conditioning to escape the hot weather. The breakfast provisions and bottle of bubbles were a delightful touch. The presence of a small lift and a supermarket downstairs added convenience to our stay. Thank you, Sandy and Claudio, for exceeding our expectations.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to the train station and main attractions. The area felt safe and was bustling with tourists. We were even able to negotiate an early check-in, which saved us the hassle of finding a luggage storage facility. The staff, particularly Claudio, was prompt and provided us with a thorough rundown of the facilities. The apartment itself was spacious, secure, and beautifully finished. The bathroom was excellent, boasting a fantastic shower. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast provisions and a bottle of bubbles. The TV was new and offered streaming services. The presence of a small lift was a great help with our luggage. Additionally, there was a great supermarket located downstairs. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of exploring.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including breakfast materials in the refrigerator. It had a modern and stylish design with touch lighting and all the necessary appliances. the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was superb with a hot and strong shower. the location was very central, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. the facilities and cleanliness were excellent.

We felt extremely welcome and had no complaints whatsoever.

What a treat it was to stay at this hidden gem in the heart of Florence! From the moment I entered the apartment, I felt like I had stepped into a lavish movie set. The living room, with its cozy seating area and elegant dining area, made me feel like a character in a classic Italian film. And the kitchen, complete with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher, was a culinary dream come true. I couldn't resist channeling my inner masterchef and whipping up a delicious meal with the top-notch appliances provided. It truly felt like I was living a life of luxury, even if just for a few days.

This apartment had everything a posh lady like me could wish for - a fancy seating area, a DVD player, and even kitchenware! It's like I never left my own mansion.

Oh, but the towels offered were just sooo basic, darling. I expected nothing less than golden silk wrapped around my delicate skin.

The value for the money was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was if there were more variety.
